Autoneum, with its headquarters in Winterthur, Switzerland, is the globally leading producer of vehicle acoustics and thermal management systems. The company develops and manufactures components, modules and complete systems for interior and engine bay as well as heatshields and underbody shields. Autoneum (Shanghai) Management Co., Ltd.supports the businesses of other plants in Asia in sales, technology, purchasing, finance and so on. Autoneum (Shanghai) Management Co., Ltd. was founded in 2007 and is located in the west north of Shanghai. It has a Development Center and an Acoustic Lab, so can offer service for the project development for the customers in China and other areas of Asia. At moment, Autoneum have three wholly owned plants in Chongqing, Taicang ,Shenyang,Yantai,Changsha,Pinghu as well as two JVs in Guangzhou and Tianjin.
欧拓汽车管理（上海）有限公司为欧拓集团亚洲各个分公司提供销售、技术、采购、财务等诸项业务的支持。成立于2007年的欧拓汽车管理（上海）有限公司位于上海西北部，拥有开发中心和声学中心，能够为中国和亚洲其他地区的客户提供项目研发服务。目前，欧拓在重庆、太仓、沈阳、烟台、长沙和平湖有独资工厂，在天津和广州分别有一家合资工厂。
