明峰医疗系统股份有限公司成立于2011年，是一家由明峰集团、国家“千人计划”科学家、浙江省“千人计划”科学家等投资管理的高端医疗设备制造公司，先后获得中国先进制造产业投资基金、浙江省人才基金及绍兴创业基金的投资。公司本着以“关爱健康、细致入微”的理念，专注于高端医学影像设备CT、PET/CT、PET/MR等产品的研发、生产、销售和服务。
公司总部位于浙江省绍兴市，在中国大连、上海以及美国俄亥俄州Solon和Dayton均设有研发和生产中心，现拥有十多位国家“千人计划”和浙江省“千人计划”科学家，以及数十位业界权威科学家。公司高学历人才占公司员工80%以上。公司拥有多项世界领先的专利技术，被评为“浙江省引进培育领军型创新创业团队”，并拥有省级重点专业研究院——明峰核医学影像系统研究院。
公司先后承担了科技部“十二五”支撑项目《CT探测器及核心部件产业化关键技术开发》和《PET/CT核心技术及关键部件的研发和系统集成》，以及“十三五”国家重点研发计划项目《256排16厘米高清高速大容积医学CT系统及核心技术研发》。
