整体设计——被誉为“样板房教科书”。福邸为绿城、万科、滨江等一流开发商打造了数以百计的样板房，同时为长三角地区的高净值客户提供高端私属陈设设计服务。
进口软装——拥有47个奢侈品家居品牌和12000方全球***家居体验中心。福邸旗下的国际一线家居品牌包括：ARMANI CASA、BENTLEY HOME、FENDI CASA、BOTTEGA VENTA HOME等，是目前全球代理奢侈品家居品牌最多的公司。
2015年，福邸国际与意大利知名设计师事务所C14合作成立跨国设计公司——福弋设计DESIGN CODE。这是一支由知名陈设设计师Jenny与意大利设计师Alexander Bellman领衔，来自全球各地，极具艺术敏感性且深谙国际潮流趋势的设计师团队。福弋设计DESIGN CODE以国际化的设计团队，不断打破设计的界面，创造令人惊喜的作品。

Interior design - Praised as “The Textbook Definition of Show Houses”. In 2015, For D. Casa Co-founded a multinational design company with renowned Italian design company Gruppo C14 named Design Code.
