戴铂新材料有限公司系瑞典戴铂集团，自2005年在中国成立的全资子公司，戴铂集团成立于1950年，总部设立在瑞典的Laholm城市，公司持有人是瑞典的Ratos公司，距今已有60多年的历史。Diab is a wholly owned subsidiary established by Sweden Diab Group in China in 2005. Diab Group was established in 1950 and headquartered in Laholm, Sweden. The company was held by Ratos, a Swedish company with a history of more than 60 years.
