Oglaend System was founded in Sandnes, Norway in 1977 - over 30 years ago. Today Oglaend System Group is a highly internationalized corporation with 13 subsidiaries spread all over the world, of which Oglaend System Norway AS, Oglaend Industries Malaysia Sdn Bhd. and Oglaend Industries (Suzhou) Co Ltd. are the main production plants. The group has a turn over of US$ 125 million and employs 300 people.

OGLAEND INDUSTRIES (SUZHOU) Co., Ltd., was established in 2013 and is situated in Suzhou, China. This is the third and newest factory in the Oglaend System Group which primarily is going to serve the Asian market.
