苏州宝成汽车冲压有限公司位于苏州市相城区渭塘镇骑河工业园内，毗邻苏州高铁北站、苏州地铁2号线终点站。北距常熟市18公里，南距苏州市16公里，西距无锡市46公里、西南距芜湖市308公里，东距上海市88公里，地理位置优越，交通十分便利。
企业创建于1976年，四十多年来致力于汽车行业的配套冲压与机加工生产，自主研发了三大系列产品：一是油封骨架系列，如火车轮毂油封骨架，汽车发动机油封骨架，汽车变速箱油封骨架、汽车轮毂油封骨架等；二是汽车发动机燃油喷射系统精密冲压部件；三是汽车减震器冲压件、汽车门锁冲压件。宝成公司一向以品质树品牌，以匠心创价值，目前自主研发生产的火车轮毂油封骨架，货运车辆和地铁列车轮毂油封骨架在国内市场占有率100％，部分出口欧洲国家，目前正在研发高铁油封骨架。汽车燃油喷射系统精密冲压件主要为日系汽车发动机配套，国内市场占有率在60％以上。汽车油封骨架市场占有率在40％左右，国内排名第二，主要为世界著名8大品牌汽车油封生产厂家提供配套服务。
公司现有员工470余名，其中各类管理人员约120多名。各类设备200余台套，占地2.5万平方米。公司于2005年和2008年分别通过了IATF16949和ISO14001体系认证，在体系的要求指导下不断完善公司的质量控制体系，于2016年更新为IATF16949并严格执行新的标准。

Suzhou Pro-success Automotive Stamping Co., Ltd. is in Qihe Industrial Park, which locates in Weitang, Xiangcheng dist., Suzhou. It enjoys advantageous geographical position with less than 5km away from Suzhou north railway station and subway line 2.

The company was founded in 1976, and it has been doing auto stamping parts and machining parts for more than 40 years. It developed three main series products, the first one is oil seal series, such as train hub oil seal skeleton, auto transmission oil seal skeleton, and auto hub oil seal skeleton; the second series is auto engine fuel injection system stamping parts, and the third series is auto shock absorbers and door lock stamping parts. The company establishes its brand recognition by good quality and create values by craftsman spirit.

At present, the self-developed train and metro hub oil seal skeleton takes 100% domestic market share, and it also exported to European countries. At the same time, the company is developing G-series high-speed train oil seal skeleton now.
The auto engine fuel injection system series stamping parts is mainly used on Japanese car engines, and it takes more than 60% of domestic market share. The auto oil seal skeleton with more than 40% of domestic market share, is mainly supplied to 8 global auto oil seal manufacturers, which also makes the company as the second largest supplier in China.

Currently, the company owns more than 470 employees and 200 sets of different equipment, and it covers an area of 25,000 square meters. In management, the company obtained TS16949 and ISO14001 in 2005 and 2008 respectively. Under the guidance of the quality system, the company has been continuously improving its quality control system, and updated to IATF16949 accordingly from 2016.
