在中国的发展可追溯至1989年中石化金陵石化与巴斯夫合资成立的金陵巴斯夫，是最早进入中国复合材料行业的外资
树脂公司之一。于1997年更名为金陵帝斯曼，2016年更名为金陵力联思。随着2018年AOC与力联思强强联合，金陵力联
思成为AOC力联思亚洲区总部。

在南京化学工业园，金陵力联思拥有与欧洲同样先进的不饱和聚酯树脂自动化生产装置，一流的研发中心和应用实验

Jinling Aliancys Resins Co., Ltd. is the former Jinling DSM. As the regional headquarters of AOC Aliancys, Jinling Aliancys
integrates R&D and technical service center, production plant, business center and logistics center in Asia.

The development of Jinling Aliancys in China can be traced back to 1989 — Jinling BASF, which was established as a
joint venture between Sinopec and BASF, also one of the earliest foreign company in China's composite material
industry. It was renamed as Jinling DSM in 1997 and Jinling Aliancys in 2016. With the win-win alliance of AOC and
Aliancys in 2018, Jinling Aliancys has become the regional headquarters of AOC Aliancys Asia.

At the site of Nanjing Chemical Industry Park, Jinling Aliancys owns advanced unsaturated polyester resin automated
production equipment at the same level as that of European counterparts, ？rst-class R&D center and application
laboratory, and strict system of quality management and HSE management system. It keeps leading quality in
composite industry in China by supplying consistent quality resin and high performance products.
