Smart Sustainable Design contains various stages of the service on project positioning, product research, urban planning, architectural, engineering optimization, energy efficiency innovation, cost control and other phases, which aims to optimize the project system by establishing different expert systems from all dimensions and create maximized benefits and add value for the society and the investors with diverse value orientation. ARCHILAND owns an international professional team as well as the expert system, and the project covers research, planning, architecture, engineering, landscape, tourism, the environment and construction cost, etc. At the same time, AI has developed close partnerships with leading academic institutions as well as other consultants globally to provide a platform for Smart Sustainable Design.

In recent years, AI has won a large number of domestic and foreign design competitions with its rich integrated design project experience, and its work has been widely published in international architecture and arts journals and Web media, such as the ARCHDAILY, BauNetz, Landscape China and China real estate project procurement. Samaranch Memorial, Zhongbei Canal museum, Sino eco City and Nanjing green light house also getting short listed for the World Architecture Festival.

ARCHILAND International, AI, is an international design and consulting company located in Singapore, Copenhagen, Beijing, Tianjin and Nanjing. AI is currently composed of 180 professionals from multiple countries with different cultural and professional background. Our approach is based on Smart Sustainable Design, and provides one-stop service on project research, urban planning, architectural and landscape design for the government and real estate developers in China and Asia Pacific region. ARCHILAND have obtained Grade A Design Certificate on architecture and Grade B Design Certificate on planning and landscape at present.

ARCHILAND maintains effective academic interaction with the National University of Singapore, Portland State University and other well-known colleges to promote positive interaction between academic research and marketing practice. Strong academic background keeps AI constantly improving on design concept and international experience, and establishes an international communication and design platform. The AI projects of Tianjin Future Science and Technology City planning, Shanghai Xuhui Huangpu Riverfront Planning, Tianjin Sino-Eco City Urban Design has all been chosen from a number of international design competitors as preferred plans since they demonstrate a unique balance between pragmatic solutions and smart integrated design. While the planning of Maldives Hulhumale, Indonesia Semarang Binhai New City, Nanjing High-tech Zone Ecological Urban Renewal Plan, and Tianjin Grand Canal Museum fully demonstrates the effective solutions of smart sustainable design in a market of both increment and stock.
