Our company was founded in the early 1930's. In 1968,we came under new ownership and started in a new direction. This was done in order to stay competitive while best utilizing our company's talents and resources in engineering support and product knowledge.

since 1985, we have added branch offices around the globe and maintains third-party warehousing agreements with global logistics companies in order to be wherever our customers need us to be.

We firmly believes in being proactive in a very reactionary industry. Our engineering capabilities, coupled with the strategic relationships we have developed with our factories, are focused on assisting the customer to find cost-reducing solutions to engineering challenges. We have worked hard to create strong partnerships with many manufacturers operating in Asia in order to provide our customers with the most innovative and low-cost opportunities in the industry.
