中德安联人寿保险有限公司（简称：中德安联）是在华组建的首家欧洲合资寿险公司，股东双方分别为德国安联集团（Allianz SE）和中国中信信托有限责任公司(CITIC Trust)。中德安联于1999 年1 月25 日在上海正式开业。截至2018年12月31日，注册资本为20亿元人民币。

凭借安联百年国际金融及风险管理专长，与中信信托本土金融领域经验的深度结合，中德安联以创新的度身定制保险方案、专业的培训系统和诚信的服务理念享誉市场。通过营销员团队、合作银行、电子商务以及团险及健康险销售渠道等全方位的营销网络，中德安联为个人及企业客户提供专业和优质的保险产品及服务，产品涵盖生存、养老、疾病、医疗、身故、残疾、教育金等多种保障范围，全面满足客户在人身保险领域的保险保障需求。

Allianz China Life Insurance Company Limited

As the first European life insurance company in China, Allianz China Life Insurance Co., Ltd. (AZCL) officially commenced operation in Shanghai on January 25, 1999 as a joint venture. Today the JV between Allianz SE and CITIC Trust Co., Ltd. has a registered capital of RMB 2 billion as of December 31 2018.

Combining Allianz’ century-old global financial and risk management expertise with CITIC Trust’s local financial experience, Allianz China Life has built a strong reputation for its customized insurance solutions, professional training systems and trustworthy services. The company offers all lines of life, retirement, education, health and accident insurance products and services via a comprehensive sales network consisting of the agency, bank, EM, group and health channel to meet the comprehensive needs of customers.

Since 1999, Allianz China life has set up 10 branches in Shanghai, Guangdong, Zhejiang, Sichuan, Jiangsu, Shenzhen, Beijing, Shandong, Qingdao and Hubei, and provide professional insurance products and services to customers in nearly 40 cities in China.
