群韵饮料机械（上海）有限公司是一家致力于开发，制造和销售生产一流的咖啡机及提供饮料方案给办公楼、餐馆、公共餐厅和零售商的公司。在crem的观念里，享受一杯好咖啡是人的权力，并坚信好的咖啡应该仅在正确的温度下才会散发出应有的芳香。目前crem生产的多种咖啡机通过零售商销往全球40多个国家和地区，并在于2006年在上海浦东康桥工业园区成立了制造工厂。
2011年4月上海公司搬迁入近1万平的新厂房。

2008年瑞典coffee queen ab和西班牙crem a cafespress,s.l.公司合并成立了crem集团公司。
