上海电气凯士比核电泵阀有限公司成立于2008年6月，是一家专门制造核电站用泵和阀的合资公司。它是由上海电气集团股份有限公司与德国KSB股份有限公司共同投资组建的，地处上海市临港新城重装备产业区，是上海电气核电产业的重要组成部分。公司总投资4800万欧元，为中国大陆及东南亚地区的核电用户提供技术先进、质量可靠、运行安全的1000MW级核一、二、三级泵与核二、三级阀门。

Shanghai Electric-KSB Nuclear Pumps & Valves Co., Ltd. is established in June 2008, a joint venture specialized in manufacturing nuclear pumps and valves. It is invested by Shanghai Electric Group Co Ltd and KSB AG, with its location in the Heavy Equipment Base of Shanghai Lingang New City and also it is an important part of SEC nuclear industry. The company’s total investment is Euro 48 Million. It provides nuclear class I, II and III pumps and nuclear class II & III valves of advanced tech, high quality and reliable operation for 1000MW power stations for customers from China inland and southeast Asia areas.
