上海联境建筑工程设计有限公司是由：美国LJJZ Architecture & Planning (US) Ltd.设计顾问公司、上海凌境建筑设计事务所、上海同建强华建筑设计有限公司的精英们按照现代设计企业的先进管理体制重组构成。主创人员有：原华东院创作组组长项力高级建筑师（国家注册城市规划师、国家一级注册建筑师、工商企业管理硕士）、原美国JY主创建筑师季凌高级建筑师（国家一级注册建筑师、注册营养师）、同济大学建筑学任磊博士（体育建筑、大跨度建筑设计专家，出版有专著《百年奥运建筑》等）、留美归国的董永胜土木工程博士（国家一级注册结构工程师、高级工程师）、擅长结构体系分析及优化土木学科带头人曾朝杰先生（国家一级注册结构工程师、同济大学校外博士指导导师、出版有专著《建筑桩基设计与计算》、参编《高层建筑设计与施工》、《高层建筑基础设计与计算》等）、建筑节能专家学者刘声惠先生（教授级高级建筑师、国家一级注册建筑师、上海评标专家库专家、建筑节能设计规范编著者之一）、结构专家学者季荣生先生（教授级高级工程师、国家一级注册结构工程师）等。新组建的联境公司由以下部门构成：城市规划所、建筑创作所、设计一所（建筑设计所）、设计二所（结构设计所）、设计三所（设备设计所）、设计四所（景观设计所）、设计五所（室内设计所）、及经营室、总师室、财务室、行政办公室、晒图室、人力资源部、后期服务部等构成。公司人员规模为80~100人，其中注册建筑师5人，注册结构工程师5人，注册公用设备工程师3人，注册城市规划师2人。教授级高级工程师2人，博士3人，硕士3人。

联境建筑在大型住区设计、城市公共建筑、区域规划等专业领域积累了丰富的经验。业务范围遍布中国大陆地区的上海、广州、常州、北京、西安、成都、南京、温州、重庆、郑州、昆明、太仓、枣庄、连云港等地。其中以竞赛***名中标“绿地21城-C地块”、“上海金碧汇虹苑”、“上海绿洲康城-亲水湾”“南通中南CBD”、“常州大学城-东校区”、“武进职教中心”、“徐州绿地世纪城”、“昆山第三职业高级中学”、“盐城瑞尔国际公馆”、“盐城紫薇国际广场”、“苏州盛泽国际纺织城”等均已经建成，获得了甲方的一致好评，其中“上海金碧汇虹苑”还获得了“2006年度上海市住宅设计创优奖”，“仙桃世纪广场”获得了“2005全国规划设计金奖”。联境建筑立志于提供“概念规划设计--建筑方案设计--施工图设计--施工现场配合”全程的优质设计服务，目前有“沈阳东北电子商城、瑞尔帝景豪庭”（122万平米）、“武汉仙桃春天经济适用房”（33万平米）、“上海绿洲康城-亲水湾”（97万平米）、“昆山花桥周泾6期经济适用房”（35万平米）、“太仓能源大厦”（2.5万平米）、“滕州远航.第一国际”（28万平米）等项目正在进行紧张施工图设计。

Shanghai LJJZ Architecture Design Office opened in 1996, and has the first-class qualification (090172-sj) authorized by the Construction Department of China. The base for design and research is located at Shanghai’s famous cultural circle in Mao Ming Road, Lu Wan District. The office is a private-owned company which takes planning design, architecture design, and landscape design as its major business scope, with layout and consultation of real estate, and marketing planning as its secondary business scope. The office has a set of vigorous and experienced designing elites and professional engineers, as well as senior project management stuff. The office is well-known in the same business circle for its advancing ideas, elaborate design, and all-round service, it is a quickly growing company with great comprehensive competitiveness and overall development advantages. The office has gathered elites from various majors and highly qualified managerial experts, and formed a mature, wise, and experienced management group which has a profound understanding of architecture project design and the related service for real estate, and also formed a team spirit that is young, open, full of vigor.
