应氏东方美谷俊达园重点打造以化妆品、健康管理等美丽健康产业为主导, 集生产、研发、设计、销售等多产业链功能于一体的现代化高新产业园。东方美谷俊达园建筑总面积约15万平方米，一期工程规划建设面积3.8万平方米，预计2019年12月底完成。

东方美谷俊达园以产业融合与制造业转型升级为目标，以服务上海东方美谷的医疗美容产业为方向，以物联网为代表的新一代信息技术为基础，以线上线下医美平台建设为支撑，打造集科技研发、商务办公、服务配套于一体的智慧医美科技商务社区。
