保赋贸易（上海）有限公司，又名宝富美，是欧洲大型零售类产品公司Polyflame Europe SAS在中国的全资子公司。Polyflame Europe总部在法国，在上海、温州、香港都设有子公司。Polyflame主营杂货类产品，包括打火机、点***等烟具，以及厨房用品，电子烟，充电宝等产品，产品主要出口欧美国家。


从一个进口先锋发展成为零售产品界的全球领军企业，Polyflame谱写了一个不断成长和进步的成功故事。

70、80年代：启动并开发发展为早期打火机，礼品的进口商
1973：创造作为Borsumij（荷兰上市贸易公司）一部分的Polyflame（进口打火机）
1984：***批Polyflame促销产品目录（公司概念的产生）
1985：创立Polyflame研发工作室和香港的采购办事处
1995：Polyflame与Edelman（家庭及花园装饰产品）合并成为Polyconcept-宝礼行，作为Polyconcept--Polyflame事业部在上海运营。
2014：Polyconcept Hong Kong Limited（宝礼行的母公司）与 Polyflame Holding SAS等公司于2014年6月26日签署《股权及资产转让协议》，PolyFlame部门从宝礼行剥离并转让给Polyflame Holding SAS在上海新设的子公司-保赋,保赋公司成立
