注册资本1,000万美元，投资总额超过2,000万美元, 年销售额超过4亿人民币。公司占地60,000平方米，其中厂房面积超过25,000平方米，现有员工200多人，拥有2条PVC和CASTING 人造革生产线,年产量3000万码。目前，公司的总产能3600万码。主要生产各类PVC、半PU及PU人造革制品, 产品在国内外享有较高的知名度，其中60%的产品销往世界各地。公司拥有博士、硕士30多人的技术开发队伍和完善的实验检测设施，并有美国Omnova的强大技术支持。

The former company was called shanghai Beston petrochemical Co., Ltd. established in 1994 by CP Group.OMNOVA-Shanghai has USD 10million registered capital and USD 20million investment, over 40 million USD dollars annual sales, with more than 200 employees and 60,000 square meters site while the factory occupies more than 25,000 square meters. There are PVC and casting lines with annual 30 million yards production capacity. Currently, the total capacity is 36 million yards We produce varied PVC, Semi-PU and PU artificial leather products, which has high-qualified image in both domestic and international markets. We have the professional and productive R&D team, advanced lab-testing facilities and the strong support from OMNOVA Solutions. More than 30 of the R&D team hold the doctor or master degrees.
