Desoutter（马头动力工具）成立于1914年，总部现位于法国南特，是一家全球化的跨国公司，是CPD工具集团的高端工具品牌。Desoutter工厂分布在法国、美国、瑞典、英国等国家，专注于向工业领域提供高端工具和解决方案，如汽车、航空航天、自动化、工程机械及其他通用行业等。Desoutter为本地和全球的超过170个国家的客户提供全方位的解决方案（电动/气动工具、自动化装配系统、为客户量身定做的项目方案以及服务）。经过100多年的发展，Desoutter已成为世界上***的电动工具和气动工具的生产制造商之一，广泛服务于全球的制造业客户。进入新世纪以来，在公司强大的资金和全球化的运作模式的支持下，其销售量每年以平均20%的速度增长。
