上海模格智能科技有限公司成立于2016年7月，由一群从事机器视觉与人工智能、遥感、自动化、智能交通、惯性导航、检测与测量、液压等技术研究将近20年的高校教师组成。
公司新设立特种机器人开发研制的项目，公司位于浦东新区的新片区，是基于国际智能制造基地，得到政府大力支持项目的企业。
