ACS Industries (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., founded in 2000, is located in Shanghai Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of ACS Industries Inc. ACS Industries Inc. was founded in 1939. It is now headquartered in Rhode Island, USA. It currently has over 6000 employees worldwide.

ACS Shanghai is one of the five manufacturing facilities of ACS worldwide, mainly serving ACS’ Asian and European customers. ACS Shanghai’s products mainly include automotive airbag filters and exhaust system parts. As the major supplier of several multinational companies for these types of product, ACS Shanghai’s quality management system is certified to ISO/TS 16949 standard.
