Surity was originally established in 2007 as Maxeda Sourcing Asia (MSA), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Maxeda DIY Group, a leading DIY retailer in Benelux. MSA operated as two entities in Ningbo & Hong Kong.In 2011, the business was restructured, leading to the closure of both legal entities, and the opening of our current office in Shanghai.Surity is now an independent Sourcing Services Provider, who partners with retailers to develop and manage their direct Sourcing programs.
