2015年,阿里巴巴和上汽集团投资成立了斑马网络,成为首个“汽车+互联网”的产业互联网实战案例。2018年9月,斑马网络完成首轮融资,估值已迈入独角兽行列。2019年8月,上汽集团与阿里巴巴集团宣布战略重组斑马网络和YUNOS,加码汽车赛道。斑马网络将拥有YUNOS底层架构代码完整的所有权和使用权,并可授权汽车品牌或其指定合作伙伴使用。
基于AliOS的斑马智行智联网汽车平台,已领先全球三年。目前已应用在荣威、名爵、MAXUS、东风雪铁龙、长安福特、观致、宝骏、斯柯达等8个品牌的33款量产车型,出行生态合作伙伴百余家。

Banma Network Technology Co.,Ltd
In 2015, Alibaba and SAIC Motor co-founded the Banma Network Technology Co., Ltd, which is the first Auto + Internet case in the industry. In September 2018, Banma completed the first round of financing and became a unicorn company. In August 2019, SAIC Motor and Alibaba Group jointly announced the strategic restructuring of Banma Network and YUNOS, to increase the investment in the auto industry. Banma obtained the full ownership and right to use the YUNOS underlying architecture and codes. The use of the intellectual property can be authorized by Banma to car brands or designated partners.
The Banma Intelligent Internet Car platform based on AliOS, an independent China domestic operating system, has been leading the world for three years. Banma has been applied to 33 production models from 8 auto brands such as Roewe, MG, MAXUS, DongFeng Citroen, Ford, Qoros, Baojun, Skoda, Baojun, and has more than 100 eco-partners.
