环世物流集团成立于2001年7月1日，旗下拥有上海环世捷运物流有限公司，上海延平物流有限公司，上海欧赛物流有限公司，致远船务有限公司四大全资子公司。公司总部设在上海，并先后设立了20多家分公司及办事处。环世物流集团以自有散杂货船队，罐式集装箱设备，车队、货站和仓库为载体，实现了以综合物流为主业，集海、陆、空货运、仓储码头服务、船务代理及货运代理业务为一体的多元化服务。截至2009年底，公司拥有专业人员778名，年营业额达27亿元人民币。2008年环世物流集团荣获CIFA评选的“2008年度中国国际货代物流百强企业”、“中国货代物流行业企业信用AAA等级”。
