我司2003年在香港注册成立，主要经营地在北京。同时在天津，广州设有办事处。
公司经营项目主要是铁合金及部分金属产品。主要出口韩国,日本，东南亚及欧盟.
2006年公司的营业额已经超过3000万美元。
2007年1月，公司在韩国成立分公司。
目前公司在增碳剂，镁锭，钢材等方面计划开始经营，同时在国内将成立独资国际贸易公司。
