Shining Star Group was established in 1993. After 20 years of efforts, it has developed into a large transnational industrialized group with 11 subsidiaries, about 4,600 employees, total assets of nearly US 2.4 billion dollars and annual output value of US 0.6404 billion dollars, covering a variety of business fields including real estate, commerce, hotel, education, health, decoration, sports, tourism, property management, etc.
In the development process, Shining Star Group has gradually formed its core competitiveness led by the development of urban compound real estate and oriented with the integrated urbanized operating idea of “one body and multiple wings”, and forged a professional and efficient management team with the ability of dealing with constantly changing market, being dedicated in the urbanized operation of shaping a quality life example and creating a harmonious, liveable and cultural environment. After more than twenty years’ exploration and practice, the Group has realized successful transformation from a single property developer to a multiple urbanization operator, being equipped with comprehensive abilities of project operation and planning, product design and industrial integration.
