法士特伊顿（宝鸡）轻型变速器有限责任公司（以下简称“法士特伊顿(宝鸡)公司”） 是一家由陕西法士特齿轮有限责任公司（占股51%）和美国伊顿公司（占股49%）强强联合共同组建的合资公司。公司成立于2018年10月26日，注册资本2亿元，项目总投资近20亿元，位于宝鸡市高新开发区汽车工业园陕六路一号，占地面积411.7亩，总建筑面积共计5万平米。
Fast Eaton (Baoji) Light Duty Transmission Co., Ltd（Hereinafter referred to as “Fast Eaton (Baoji) Company”) is a joint venture founded by Shaanxi Fast Gear (51%) and Eaton (49%). Fast Eaton Transmission was established on October.26th, 2018, with registered capital of 200 Million RMB and total project investment of nearly 2 Billion RMB. The company is located in No.1 Shaanxi 6th Road, Automobile Industrial Park, High-Tech Development Zone, Baoji, Shaanxi Province, covering 67.8 acre with a total construction area of 50,000 square meters.
法士特伊顿（宝鸡）公司主要提供用于轻型商用车的轻型变速器、相关变速器零部件以及售后零部件的研发、生产、销售及服务。通过合资，法士特和伊顿分别为合资公司的研发、生产、销售和服务提供所必要的技术，并在此基础上进一步开发符合中国乃至全球市场发展需求的有竞争力产品和领先技术。
The main business of Fast Eaton (Baoji) Company is providing R&D, Manufacturing, Sales and Service for Light Duty transmission, related parts and components, as well as after service parts & components. Fast and Eaton respectively provide advanced and required technology for R&D, Manufacturing, Sales and Service via establishing joint venture, thus to further design and develop competitive products and leading technologies to satisfy the needs of Chinese and even the global market.
法士特伊顿(宝鸡)公司引进高自动化程度的变速器装配线以及高端的质量检测设备，生产销售产品主要包括法士特6DS、5J、5DS、8JS、C6J45T、C6J55T产品及伊顿ESO-4106、6106、7106产品，达产后可实现年产50万台高端变速器的生产能力，旨在为客户提供最优质最可靠的轻型商用车变速器。
