漳州红威食品有限公司创办于2010年7月，是一家集农、工、贸于一体的内资企业。2017年4月美国红楼集团（简称RCC）收购公司股权，成为红楼集团在中国全资子分公司。公司位于福建省漳州市常山华侨经济开发区，厂区占地面积68000平方米，总建筑面积32000平方米公司主营水产品、面食熟制品加工、冷冻、销售，主要产品有阿根廷红虾，南美白对虾、罗非鱼，马哈鱼，鱿鱼，螃蟹等深加工系列制品。
