At ePacket Express, we have two major lines of business:

E-Commerce Fulfillment Center: We help clients from around the world manage all their logistics processes within China. We help them source goods, store them, and ship them internationally when they get orders on their e-commerce stores (on Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Woocommerce and others).

E-Commerce Consulting and Implementation: We help clients build their e-commerce stores and design their marketing campaigns. We also help them implement their CRM (mostly salesforce.com) and Marketing Automation (Drip, SF Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, Mailgun, etc.) functionality.

We’re a small, highly skilled boutique ecommerce company with significant experience in every single aspect of running an online store internationally. Our team provides solutions to difficult technical and marketing problems that help our clients grow and scale their business.

eCommerce第三方物流：我们帮助全球的客户管理他们在国内到国际的物流。根据客户的需要和订单，我们帮客户代采，储货，发货。

eCommerce咨询顾问和实施：我们帮客户建立网站和营销计划。我们帮客户实施CRM（主要是salesforce)和营销的自动化系统管理(主要是Drip, SF Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, Mailgun等）。

我们的团队很小合作很紧密，但是我们的团队在各个eCommerce领域都很有经验，可以给客户提供很好的急需解决方案并帮助客户企业成长。
